The City Clerk is elected by the Council; the Secretary to the Mayor;  responsible for the Council Meeting Agendas, Minutes and Municipal Elections; the Custodian of the City Official Records and City Seal; administers Oaths of Office; the City Budget Officer/Accountant; responsible for the Department of Personnel, Community Center management, Trash service complaints; issues Resident ID cards, Business Licenses, as approved by the Council, to include other licenses and permits as regulated by city ordinances.
