Fitness Classes


Pilates--Pilates  is a way to increase the strength of the "core" muscles.  The core muscles are the buttocks, inner and outer thighs, back, and mostly the abdominals.  It is a series of exercises that helps build long, lean, and flexible muscles.  It focuses on breathing in cooperation with the exercises, and it is also a very big stress reliever.

Member Cost: one (1) Night $45,  two (2) Nights $60.  

Non-Member cost: One (1) Night $50.00, Two (2) Nights $65

SENIOR YOGA

Consists of warm-up, stretching, asanas (poses) and relaxation.  The class stretches the body, increases flexibility, stamina, and develops the spirit to encourage emotional balance.
