City Administrator

The City of Overland operates under the Mayor-Council-Administrator form of government since 2008. Under this form of government the City Administrator serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the city, which may include dealing with financial, legislative, legal, or personnel matters as they arise.

Mr. McConachie is a graduate of the University of Missouri - St. Louis with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Administration (2002) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the Missouri State University (1995).  He is a graduate of the University of Missouri Leadership Training Program (2008).
