Bricks 4 Kidz Camps
Bricks 4 Kidz LEGO® Building Camp: Beat the summer blues with a Bricks 4 Kidz LEGO® Building Camp! Kids between the ages of 5 and 13 can spend their vacation time learning about the worlds of engineering, animated movie-making and architecture through hands-on building fun. Under the guidance of experienced teachers, our LEGO®-based engineering summer camps give kids the chance to apply real-world STEM concepts as they build their own creations.
For the Mario Bros Camp, campers will use LEGO® Bricks to build different characters from Mario and other games. Mario and friends come to life through the use of our robots, mosaics, and 3D art, all made out of LEGO® Bricks. Each day will be a new adventure as the virtual and LEGO® worlds combine!
For the Star Wars Camp, join us for an adventurous journey through space! Build the Redstone Rocket to blast through the atmosphere into a realm that is truly out of this world. Build lots of motorized Star Wars models for both the Rebel forces and the Dark side. Come experience this stellar journey to a galaxy far away!
For the Super Heroes Camp, join us for a week building Super Heroes and Avengers with LEGO® bricks. Create a fantasy world and protect it against all the evil arch enemies with custom contraptions made with LEGO® bricks.
All campers will take home a custom made mini figure (person) and other crafts.
Campers should wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. *Due to additional camp forms required for participants safety, registration will only be taken onsite at the Overland Community Center. Registration deadline is one week prior to the start date of each camp session. Min. 8 / Max. 20. Cost is $105 for each camper per week. Camp will be held various week depending on the theme at the Overland Community Center. Mario Bros Camp will be June 5 - 9, 2023 from 9 am - Noon, Star Wars Camp will be June 26 - 30, 2023 from 9 am - Noon, and Super Heroes Camp will be July 31 - Aug 4, 2023 from 9 am - Noon.
