Wild Acres - Market Analysis and Use Assessment

In October 2021, the City commissioned PGAV PLANNERS in conjunction with Dinan Real Estate Advisors to conduct an analysis of the potential use(s) of a portion of the property located at 2500 Ashby Road (Study Area). PGAV PLANNERS and Dinan Real Estate Advisors were retained to conduct a Market Analysis and Use Assessment of the former Seminary Buildings and Land adjacent to Wild Acres Park. 

The purpose of this effort was to gain a better understanding of the demand for different types of uses (i.e. retail, commercial office and residential) in the Study Area and to provide potential options for the reuse of the existing buildings or potential redevelopment of the portion of the property where the buildings are currently located. 

The Mayor and City Council view this as a first step in this process and intend to hold additional worksessions in the coming months to further discuss the process going forward.
