Public street lights in the City of Overland are maintained by Ameren.
Contact Ameren directly at 1-800-552-7583 or servicerequests@ameren.com.
Please include address of street light and pole number. The pole number can be found on a tag located about eye level as you are looking at the light pole.

The City Clerk serves as the City election authority, keeping and maintaining all election records and coordinating local elections with the St. Louis County Board of Election Commissioners.

Beginning January 2015, City Council Agendas and Minutes beginning are available in the Agenda Center. Agendas and Minutes for Board of Adjustment, Parks and Recreation Commission, and the Planning and Zoning Commission can also be found in the Agenda Center. All records in the Agenda Center are searchable by keyword.
City Council Minutes from 2000 - 2014 can be found in the E-Services Archive Center. Files stored in the Archive Center are keyword searchable. We are in the process of moving all historic City Council Minutes to the Archive Center. Until the move is complete, all previous City Council Minutes can be found in the E-Services Document Center.

Once received, City Staff reviews the all bids and submits the results to the City Council at the next Regular City Council Meeting.
The Overland City Council will accept or reject bid results via Resolution at a regular City Council meeting.
The agenda, which includes any proposed Resolutions, can be found in the Agenda Center.
Once the approved or rejected by the City Council, Resolutions reflecting bid results are posted in the Document Center.

The City does not have restrictions against certain breeds of dogs.
