Pick Your Choice of Two (2) Membership Options:
- Standard Membership Amenities: Access to Wi-Fi, two full size gymnasiums, elevated walking track, sauna, racquetball/wallyball court use (for an additional fee), discounts on fitness classes/activities, and discounts on room rentals.
- Weight Room Membership Amenities: Access to the newly renovated weight room and cardio room (orientation included), Wi-Fi, two full size gymnasiums, elevated walking track, sauna, racquetball/wallyball court use (for an additional fee), discounts on fitness classes/activities, and discounts on room rentals.

**Note: Overland residents who are 12 years old are able to receive a youth weight room membership for $65 as long as they are accompanied each visit by a parent with a valid weight room membership to the Overland Community Center. Orientations and waivers must be on file at the Center for both parent and child. Overland residents who are 13-15 years old are able to receive an adult weight room membership for $70 as long as they are accompanied each visit by a parent with a valid weight room membership to the Overland Community Center. Orientations and waivers must be on file at the Center for both parent and child.
Obtaining a Membership Card for the First Time:
Persons wishing to obtain a card, FOR THE FIRST TIME, are required to present their proof of residency. Such proof shall be a current occupancy permit, if applicable, plus one(1) of the following: Current Missouri driver’s license or other Missouri I.D. or paid real estate or personal property tax receipt. Persons under the age of sixteen (16) years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to obtain a card and the same proof of residency and full fee will be required. The child must either live with or be under legal custody of the adult with whom the child comes to receive an identification card.Persons residing at a current residence prior to enactment of the occupancy permit requirement (January 13, 1975) shall not be required to show an occupancy permit and an alternate proof of residency shall be at the discretion of the City Clerk.
Non-Residents shall be defined as those residents who reside in the following municipalities: Charlack, Edmundson, St. Ann, St. John, Sycamore Hills, Woodson Terrace, St. Ann, and Vinitia Park. Proof of residency is required. Such proof shall be a current Missouri driver’s license or other Missouri ID and paid real estate or personal property tax receipt.
Membership cards may be obtained at the Overland City Hall, 9119 Lackland Road, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Renewing Your Membership Card:
The card is to be renewed one year from the date of original issuance. Renewals may be processed at the Community Center. For the convenience of our working residents, current card holders can renew their memberships at the Community Center during the hours that City Hall is not open. Residents must provide the same proof of residency and these persons must wait until the following working day to pick up their Identification Card from the Community Center, as the card must be sent to City Hall for residency verification and processing.Overland Business Membership:
Overland Business members are businesses that reside within the City of Overland and are registered at Overland City Hall. An annual fee of $50 every year must be paid by the company to Overland City Hall in order to let their employees use the Overland Community Center for an additional fee. Guest Passes:
Valid Membership Cardholders may bring one non-Overland guest per person per visit for a fee of $3 for adults and $2 for Senior citizens (age sixty-two (62) years and over) and children (age six (6) through twelve (12) years. Valid Membership Cardholders must be at least 18 years old to bring in a guest. The guest must be participating in the same activities as the resident and must come in with and leave with the resident. The member is responsible for the actions of his/her guest.
